\"\"La nuit, quand on voit la boulangerie, on ne se rend pas compte de tout ce qui se passe derri\u00e8re. Entre deux et six heures du matin, c’est le coup de feu. On essaye de commencer le plus tard possible, pour une marchandise sortant du four au petit matin, au milieu des d\u00e9licieuses odeurs du pain encore chaud, des feuillet\u00e9s croustillants, des taill\u00e9s aux grebons, des tuiles, des fl\u00fbtes, des brioches et des tourtes. Ou encore des Pav\u00e9s Aubonnois, superbes carr\u00e9s \u00e0 l’effigie du Ch\u00e2teau d’Aubonne. D’autres pains sont orn\u00e9s d’une grappe de raisins, rappelant qu’on se situe dans le vignoble de La C\u00f4te.<\/p>\n

Sur les quatre \u00e9tages du four se succ\u00e8dent une trentaine de sortes de pains, au froment, au seigle, au malt, aux graines, aux noix, au levain, de toutes tailles, de toutes formes, des pains ballons, des pains surprise.<\/p>\n

Notre boulangerie a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec passion et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 plusieurs sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9gustez la douceur de nos tuiles \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, la p\u00e2te croquante de nos fl\u00fbtes au beurre, les ar\u00f4mes de nos tailles aux greubons.<\/p>\n
